How does the Referral System work?

GPlinks referral program is commission based which means you'll earn 10% of your referrals earnings.
Suppose your referred person earns $100 then you'll get $10 as a 10% commission on your referral's income for the life whatever your referred member earns you'll get 10% commission for that.
Hence if your referral is just joined and has earned nothing that means you will not be going to receive any commission as the referred member is not earning.
If you think you'll get membered joined only then it's not going to work for you your referred members should just earn something to get a commission for you.
